“Possibly the hardest thing for me to try and cut back on was fizzy drink…. And in particular Coca Cola. I seriously LOVE this stuff, and if it wasn’t for me having a semi-decent will power, I’d happily have a can a day. Instead I’ve cut it back to having one a week, and have been replacing it with healthier options.
One of these healthier options are the Zupafood drinks, which are designed to help boost energy. There are three different types of Zupafood drinks; Elite, Skin and Greenz. All are formulated with a unique blend of ingredients harvested right here in New Zealand. Consisting of Kiwi Fruit Powder, Kiwi Fruit Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Grape Skin Extract, Grape Juice Powder and Apple Fibre, these drinks are designed to help maintain general health and immunity – and green tea extract helps with energy. They also include a special type of calcium called Aquamin TG, from marine algae, to help you get your daily calcium intake, in an easy-to-drink form. They have no added sugar, and are flavored with natural flavours. They all come in single serve packets, and all you do is mix one packet with either water or juice in a shaker …. and shake!...
…..I’ve found that these Zupafood drinks have been great at satisfying the craving that I get around 3pm for a fizzy drink. The taste gives me the sweetness that I like, and I get the energy that I need. It’s nice knowing that what I’m drinking is natural and is full of fibre and other ingredients that are actually good for me.”
For those of you who haven’t tried our Zupafoods yet, you have no idea what you are missing out on! It really is that every day go-to drink, and the best thing is it can be taken by anyone of any age. So that means yes, your teenage daughter can drink it and benefit from it, just as much as her grandparents would. It is also the perfect add-on to our fantastic supplements.
A friend of mine went on a hike the other day and she brought along a few packets of our Zupafood GREENZ that I gave her. She loved the convenience of just adding it to her drink bottle mid-hike, and said it helped her when her energy levels were flagging.
What are your Zupafood stories? We would love to hear more!
