They have a high intake of antioxidants & healthy fats:
Antioxidants help fight free radicals that can damage the cellular structures of the skin, accelerating skin aging. Antioxidant rich foods, such as dark green vegetables, blueberries, green tea, cinnamon, and even cacao help fight these free radicals. Realistically though it is very difficult to get enough antioxidants from your diet alone. Quality supplementation is pretty well universal for those people with great skin.
