If you have an existing account click the link below to login.

Next you will see an ‘Already registered’ heading. Underneath here please enter the email address and password that you use for your Xtend-Life account. Then click the blue box that reads ‘Login’.

Login for the first time on the new website? If this is your first time logging-in to the new website, it might take few seconds for the system to migrate your account details and order history.

If you have not made an order from our website before, you will need to create an account. To do this please click here to create an account. Add your details, a valid email address and password. Soon after you will receive an email from us to confirm your email address.

Now you are all set to go and can add items to your cart, as well as join the Xtend-Life Loyalty Program so that you can enjoy 10% off your orders!

Once you have logged into your account you will see a side panel on the left, with a number of headings. One of these is ‘My orders’. Underneath here you can view all your orders. Click here to login.

There are a few easy ways you can search for products. 

One way to search for products is to select the first heading on the left, the ‘Shop’ icon.  A drop down box will open and here you can select a number of product ranges ‘supplements’, ‘skincare’, ‘superfoods’ and ‘health essentials’.  Under each of these you can select individual products to add to your cart.

You can also use the ‘Product categories’ menu item, which allows you to view the content found under the ‘Shop’ and ‘Health center’ headings in one place.  Here you can access the products by name, in the supplements, skincare or superfood headings or by health category.

There is also a ‘Search’ box located next to the login button on the top right hand corner, you can type in any key words here to find what you are looking for.

When you find the product you like, you can click on "Add to cart" button on the product page or anywhere you see the product you want to purchase. Once you click on "Add To Cart" a pop-up box appears and allows you to either navigate to checkout-page or continue shopping.

If you decide to continue shopping, you can always see your products in your cart/basket by clicking on the basket icon on top right corner of your screen. This icon should also show number of products in your basket at anytime.

Once you navigate to your cart page, you can adjust number of each product or remove a product if you wish to. From here you can click on "Checkout Securely". This will take you to a secure checkout with three main steps:

Please note that at this stage you can login to your account if you have not already. This allows the website to automatically fill all the forms and allows for much faster and easier checkout process. If you do not have an account with us you can create one in here.

Your details:
First step is to enter your details, including address and valid phone number. If you have logged-in to your account then you can select your address from a drop down; if you do not see an address or prefer to add a new address you can simply add it in the fields. You might notice that phone number is now a required field. This is for shipping purposes and helps us deliver products much easier and more accurately. And in the unlikely event if anything goes wrong, we can get in touch with you easily. Once you are done adding your address click on "Continue to shipping method".

Shipping method:
Based on your address and order amount you can see various shipping options. Choose the one that is more suitable for you. Once done, click on "Continue to payment method". See our shipping options here.

Payment Methods:
Here you can choose between multiple options based on your location. You can pay with Credit Card, PayPal and AliPay (In certain countries). Choose your payment option and you are done.

after your payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and order number. Keep this email for your reference.

Our informative blogs can be accessed in the ‘Health Hub’.  Click the heading on the top menu.  Under the ‘Health articles’ section you can view the blogs under the ‘Latest blog articles’ title.

The health center is a great way for you to browse products based on your gender, life stage or health concern.

If you are not a member of our Xtend-Life Loyalty Program, you can simply join the Xtend-Life Loyalty Program by opting-in at the shopping cart page before you checkout.

If you are already a member of Xtend-Life VIP Loyalty Program, you can access your details, membership details and re-ordering settings from your account. Log into your account, from the left hand menu under "Loyalty Program" select "Manage Setting".

In the new window, you are able to join or manage your Xtend-Life VIP Loyalty Program orders, change the products, reordering period, adding or changing the credit cart on your account and change your address for your recurring orders.

When you have logged into your account, you will see the tab  ‘My Details’.  Here, your default address will be listed.  If you want to make any changes, click the manage address heading in blue.  This will allow you to add a new address, remove an old one or make changes to an existing address.
