Why I Refused a Statin Drug Part. 2
June 25, 2020
The best thing I believe we can do for our own health is to do our own independent research. As I pointed out in pt. 1 of this series I showed you that a 36% positive rating was really only 1.1%.
It is also, sometimes, difficult to get all the information on side effects due to regulations or agreements such as the ones the CTT Collaboration has with certain pharmaceutical companies.
As for the results of clinical trials they are sometimes "adjusted", shall we say, to favor the outcome a company wants to promote. You can see an example at 3 and a half minutes into the video. See you in the pt. 3
Why I Refused a Statin Drug Part. 1
June 25, 2020
Statins or cholesterol-lowering prescriptions are given by doctors under the best of intentions in my opinion.
And my intentions here are only to provide you with information and reasons I choose not to take the Statin drugs after my open-heart surgery. You'll see in the video that marketing and selective data can be a driving force in how doctors prescribe medications. Part of the reason behind this as well is that many doctors are very busy and don't have time to do independent research on specific medications.
This is one reason I believe it's so important to do your own research and have open conversations with your own doctor.
Negative Health Effects of Beauty & Fashion Trends.
June 16, 2020
Beauty and fashion trends shift seem to shift like beach sand in a hurricane, which can be a good thing. Over time there have been plenty of beauty and fashion practices that were strange, dangerous, or both and most of those have been left to the annals of our history. But, in this video, I talk about some still very popular trends and common practices that could be negatively affecting your health and well-being.
Omega 3 Fish Oil - Do EPA & DHA Levels Matter?
June 12, 2020
Omega 3 fish oil is an excellent health and wellness supplement, but they are not all created equal. There are various ratios of EPA & DHA as well as different processing methods which all play a role in the efficacy of your health. You’ll see in this video a brief overview of how most Omega 3 fish oil supplements are made and how our process differs. Also, why we choose the EPA & DHA ratios that we do.
Xtend-Life Virtual Factory Tour.
June 8, 2020
It’s not uncommon to hear negative stories about the supplement industry in the news across the world. This is one reason why strict adherence to regulations and guidelines is very important to us.

How Do I Choose a Supplement.
May 26, 2020
Supplements have been a confusing topic for many of us for a long, long time. One reason, I believe this to be a fact is that supplements directly compete with the pharmaceutical industry. In this video, I take you back to another video that I did four years ago talking about this very subject. I’ll give you a little background knowledge on the supplement industry around the world, some of the common research and articles you may see, and I'll give you a few tips on what to look for when you're choosing a supplement for yourself.
Personal Freedom Under Attack.
May 24, 2020
Yes, I believe personal freedom is under attack around the world. Maybe you agree and maybe you don’t, either way, please don’t just take the opinions of the “experts”. Do your own research and come to your own conclusions. Look for information on all sides of a subject. I share with you, in this video, my thoughts on current world events and how I believe it’s creating an atmosphere of fear. These thoughts were inspired after I watched a video from a lady named, Henna Marie. You can watch her entire video here: Please do your own research and take personal responsibility for your own health, don’t rely on the state to do it for you.
How does fear impact health? The unintended consequences of extreme precautions.
May 19, 2020
Don’t let a fear of certain “viruses” scare you into staying away from hospitals if you’re showing signs of urgent medical conditions, such as symptoms of heart attack or stroke. If an event occurs in which you feel numbness, loss of sensation, or weakness on one side of the body these are often mild signs of a stroke and you should absolutely get to your closest hospital as soon as possible.
Seemingly too many people have waited to get medical help and are showing up in hospitals at the last possible moments for help. Such actions often create an increase in physical damage that otherwise may have been avoid, all because the was a fear of potentially contracting this current pandemic virus.
Health tips I learned from 1 old dog’s experience
May 16, 2020
Whether you like dogs or not they share many similar health problems with us and Frank is a great example of this. You see Frank is past his prime, shall we say, being that most rottweilers have a life expectancy of 8-10 years and Frank is 12. As Frank was getting older he was given Omega 3 supplements which seemed to keep him in pretty good health. But, as he continued to age sore joints and arthritic type pain began to take a toll on him. That’s when he began taking Green Lipped Mussel Powder and his symptoms lessened and actually went away altogether.
There is no need to suffer with similar joint pain that Frank experienced when there are natural resources that can offer help. Will you experience the same benefits as Frank --that’s impossible to say for sure, but it’s certainly worth investigating.
Is REMDESIVIR the Secret cure for “the Virus”?
May 12, 2020
Remdesivir has been quite prominent in the news lately as a possible solution to “the Virus” shall we say. Remdesivir was created by a substantial pharmaceutical company, Gilead, and it was originally developed as a drug to treat Ebola. It was not particularly successful in treating Ebola, but it is still protected by patents, which means Gilead can make plenty of money from potential worldwide sales as a COVID solution.
In this video, I discuss the current results being seen with Remdesivir, why the seemingly humanitarian offer from Gilead might not be as benevolent as it appears on the surface, and another potential solution that is much more affordable and easier to obtain that isn’t getting enough attention.
Silent Inflammation and a Test to Measure It.
May 7, 2020
Inflammation, when it is a result of an injury, is a healthy response and part of the healing process. Although younger people can suffer from it, it is generally an older person's problem. You only need to look around to see the number of people obviously suffering - hunched over, walking around in pain and generally moving less freely than when they were younger. These are the obvious signs of inflammation. But other factors can be silent with no indications of a problem. If you have excessive and continuous inflammation throughout your body and don't know it, it is not temporary. It can be a contributing factor to a fatal heart attack or stroke.
Circulation is Critical to Cardiovascular Health.
May 1, 2020
Cardiovascular health is a major key to your well-being and we rarely think about it until something goes wrong. We rely on 60,000 miles of blood vessels in our bodies to nourish all of our cells and problems can quietly creep up on us without realizing it. In this episode of Beyond Health Tips, you’ll hear about some common and uncommon symptoms associated with circulatory problems. Many of these problems are caused by the inability of blood to flow freely throughout the maze of arteries, veins, and capillaries.Narrowing of the arteries is one condition that restricts blood flow and can be a result of the build-up of plaque, calcification, and inflammation in the circulatory system. If you’d like to know more about reversing or preventing conditions, such as these, I’ll tell about one possible solution we offer.
Hardening of the Arteries.
Apr 26, 2020
In this video, I'll be talking more about my own experience with the calcification of my aortic heart valve which forced me to have urgent open-heart surgery, as well as what I have learned since then. In a recent episode of Beyond Health Tips, I talked about ‘Deadly Calcification’ and how important it was that you were able to determine the level of calcification that you have in your cardiovascular system which leads to hardening of the arteries. I explained that the only certain way that you have of determining the amount of Calcification is through a CAC scan (Coronary Artery Calcification). Watch the video to learn more.
Immunity and the COVID-19 Coronavirus.
Apr 23, 2020
This video will be interrupting a sequence of videos about cardiovascular issues to bring you an urgent message regarding immunity and COVID-19. In a recent video I talked about FREE IMMUNITY, aka - natural sunshine. In this video, I talk more about this and how you can use it to raise your immunity.
Calcification in the Cardiovascular System.
Apr 19, 2020
I have touched on the subject of calcification in the cardiovascular system in several previous videos as I have had a first-hand experience of it, thanks to a serious blind spot that I had which is also shared by much of the medical fraternity, even many of the best doctors. That blind spot could easily have cost me my life. You see, calcification is usually silent particularly if it is in your arteries when it can give no warning symptoms.
Five Causes of Heart Disease.
Apr 17, 2020
In this video I talk about the five causes of heart disease. Now, when I refer to the "causes" of heart disease, I'm referring to the conditions which are responsible for a heart attack or stroke. However, these conditions may not necessarily be the "cause". For example, consider an arterial blockage which is the most common. This could be considered the cause and it is true that it is the cause of the heart attack or stroke. However, the real cause is much more complex than that. You have to think about how the blockage got there in the first place.
How to Boost Your Immune System for Free.
Apr 10, 2020
In this video, I talk about a free way to get one of the most potent immune boosters: sunshine! The news continues to be dominated by coronavirus COVID-19, which in turn fuels fear and panic amongst the population. The message from all the health officials are the same: wash your hands, disinfect likely contaminated surfaces and maintain social distancing. Many parts of the world and now on lockdown or in quarantine. Now, I don't know if you've noticed, but there's one thing that seems to be missing in all the public announcements and in the media reports and that is encouragement for people to focus on their own foundational health.
Some Reflections - Coronavirus COVID-19.
Apr 9, 2020
In this video, I talk about my thoughts on the COVID-19 pandemic. At the moment, it seems that when it comes to health that all that anyone can think of is COVID-19. Here in New Zealand, every news item, all the radio talkback is about COVID-19. New Zealand is in total lockdown and sadly many small to medium-sized businesses are going to go to the wall because they have been forced to close.

Mar 27, 2020
In this video, I talk about a test that you should consider having done for your heart health. Most haven't heard about it - in fact, I hadn't heard about it until about a year ago. If you're over 45 years of age, I highly recommend that you watch this video to learn more about this test and how it could save your life.
Why you should get a CAC scan to know your risk for a heart attack or stroke?
Mar 26, 2020
In this video, I talk about the importance of a CAC (Coronary Artery Calcification) scan and why you should really get one done if you want to know what your likely risk of having a heart attack or stroke is.
