Xtend-Life ship worldwide* and our orders are dispatched within 1 business day of the order being processed. Below is all the information you need to know on our shipping options. We ship by standard shipping with New Zealand Post Priority Air Mail, and courier with DHL courier. 

* You are currently on our Australian website and from this website we only ship to addresses within Australia. If you need to send a parcel to a country other than Australia, please contact us.

Tracking Your Order

We offer a free Track and Trace shipping service to Australia enabling you to monitor your parcel every step of the way. This is a free service that comes with standard shipping. DHL courier delivery also offers tracking. Your tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email and you can start tracking your order a few hours after it has been dispatched.

Order Confirmation Emails

As soon as you confirm your order an automated confirmation email will be sent. This allows you to check the accuracy of your order and shipping address. If you don’t receive this email soon after placing the order, please check your junk mail folder. If for some reason you are unable to locate this email please contact our Customer Care team.

Declaration of Value and Contents

We declare the full value of your order on the shipping declaration label and documents. We label the contents as "Dietary Supplements" and/or "Cosmetics".

Import Duties

Australia does not have import fees on orders under AUD$1000, orders over AUD$1000 incur import taxes, customs duty etc. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information.

Missing Orders

There is no risk to you! If your order has not arrived within the expected shipping time, please notify our Customer Care team. We will replace any lost order free of charge.
